• Direct content marketing strategies to increase customer participation in social media platform
• Monitor overall operations of digital marketing, including development of a distinct online presence through social media, and integration of content marketing strategies to the channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Line, to support business operations
• Manage researching new online media opportunities to benefit the business, including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
• Monitor and examine preparation of weekly and monthly plan and progress reports to provide feedback to the Marketing team as well as support other departments on digital planning
• Coordinate with the online agency and related functions in term of the support campaign and payment
• Keep up to date with current digital trends to improve the performance of the team
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
