Position Summary:
Reporting directly to CEO, Executive Coordinator to CEO provides executive administrative, and development support to CEO, Executive Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external on all matters pertaining to the CEO, communicate and coordinate with staffs member to complete projects as assigned by CEO.
• Assists the CEO with managing projects that have been assigned to other staff to take responsibility for managing their completed and achieving the desired outcomes.
• Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports composing and preparing correspondence.
• Manages and maintain calendar, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex meeting.
• Prepares and reviews correspondence, notices, memoranda and reports. Assists in answering questions and responding to requests directed to CEO.
• Acts as confidential assistant to CEO preserving the confidentiality of information related to organization.
• Assists with confidential and/or sensitive matter, provides explanation and support where need.
• Plan, schedule and complete special projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Communicate and coordinate with staff member to complete projects by ensuring accurate work and high levels of performance are adhered to, the processes are followed and support are provided to other departments base on needs according to the project.
• Assists with translation from Thai to English and English to Thai, verbal and written communications.
• Performs other duties and additional projects as assigned.
