• Set up process of the company and operations (operational processes, policies and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, staff recruitment, training, selection of suppliers, local regulatory requirements, logistics software implementation, vehicle management control, etc.)
• Develop and execute the business plan and budget
• Manage all staffs to ensure services are provided within budget and action plans developed and implemented to improve operational efficiencies.
• Handle all contractual services to include administrative functions, operations, information systems, parts purchasing, and inventory control
• Maintain company and contractual assets (vehicles, facilities, inventories, tools, and equipment)
• Develop Sales & Marketing efforts (including new client prospecting, develop suitable proposals for new customers) for the company to achieve revenue growth and secure new clients beyond the anchor client
• Develop the key anchor client relationship through value added initiatives and innovative logistics solutions
• Provide guidance and direction for logistics solutions to customers and internal productivity/quality improvement
• Motivate, direct & develop the team to achieve their goals & targets
• Additional tasks as assigned
