Head of Channels Compliance (VP)

- Overall responsibility for the Channels Compliance duties including direction, strategic development, performance and maintenance; by direct, manage all the Channels Compliance activities
- Ensure that the branch channels meet all necessary compliance and that appropriate risk mitigation/ control measures are in place
- Provide advice, guidance and support to the branches with regards to compliance
- Identify the lack of and/ or improvements to policy and process, assess effectiveness of current policies and processes and recommend and implement required changes
- Track, monitor and report of involved Channels Compliance activities on a monthly basis
- Ensure all targets are met
- Overall team responsibility for performing all Channels Compliance duties
- Direct and manage the performance and development of team members, together with direct and manage the performance and development of team members
Requirements
• Having experience in the financial/ banking industry and channels/ branch management and at least 5 years’ experience in risk management or compliance is preferable
