HEAD OF OPERATION (Food Factory)
บริษัท ไทรทัน เอ็นจีเนียริ่ง แอนด์ คอนสตรัคชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน)- Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all activities of the day-to-day operation in the plant
- Supervise all stakeholders performance especially of the Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Research & Development, Safety, Supply Chain, Human Resource, WH and logistic to ensure highest efficiency.
- Maintain quality systems such as 5S, GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO, etc
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process, or the quality system and recommend or provide solutions to correct any deficiencies
- Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected
- Ensure continuous improvement projects (TPM, Lean, Six-Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
- Ensure plant safety through compliance of safety standards
- Partner with QC for compliance of food safety, product quality and regulatory compliance of plant for product quality, food safety, while maintaining overall plant efficiency
- Manage materials, packaging and raw materials such that all materials are available to meet scheduling requirements on a timely basis
- Coordinate with Production Managers and Supervisors/Line Leads to ensure employee performance reviews are conducted, reflecting accurate goals and performance.
- Manage cost and manufacturing components such as package material, raw ingredients, fixed and variable labor, quality, efficiency, reliability, scrap, rework, energy, GMPs, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- Develop short and long-term capital investment plans for the facility and be accountable for the planning and execution of all projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or other closely related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in food manufacturing with at least 5 years in management level
- Possess a solid production and operation background in Food Manufacturing
- Knowledgeable in Food Safety and Quality Standard (GMP, HACCP etc)
- Proven record in continuous improvement projects
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints
- Superior problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- English Proficiency in writing and speaking
