HR & Admin Manager (location : เมืองทองธานี , 60K)
บริษัท จัดหางาน คิว ฮันเตอร์ จำกัด- Oversee HR operation such as manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically: manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and appraisals.
- Establish and Implement Wage & Salary structure, Pay Policies, Performance Appraisal and Bonus programs.
- Full spectrum of Payroll management function such as collect & checking data, payroll processing, payment and summary report (Month-End, Year-End, Tax, Social Security Fund)
- Monitoring outsourcing service company.
- Provide Top Management with professional consultation on key HR issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- At least 6 years experience in HR & Admin
- Direct experience in Managerial role and familiar with the international company.
- Strong People management skills, HR Generalist background.
- Strong communication skill to negotiable with all service provider and suppliers.
- Well developed administrative, team oriented and management skills.
- Computer skills such as MS-Office and Payroll program.
- Good command in English
