- Female, Age between 35 – 45 years old.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Management or other related fields.
- Experienced in Human Resource Management; recruitment, compensation, training and development, labour relations, welfare workers for over 10 years.
- Knowledge about labour standards and qualities.
- Ability to communicate well in English.
- Experienced HR in the big company or related industries or recruitment & outsourcing or insurance.
- Personality and human relations.
- Mature and has leadership skills and highly responsible.
