Job description
Controls and ensures that policies, systems and procedures are effectively and efficiently carried out by all concerned.
- Designs and develops a systematic career development and succession plan for key staff, supervisors and managers.
- Develops and review the salary and compensation system and structure to attract and retain key personnel at all levels.
- Maintains and recommends effective communication channels to build up good employee relation and morale.
- Develops or concurs company rules and regulation to comply with local legislative requirement. Oversees that all work units strictly comply with existing rules and regulations.
- As a ""Business Partner"" to assist Management and sales functions in achieving Company visions, goal and strategies through Administration Management.
- As a ""Change Agent"" to assist Management in bringing about changes in organization cultures towards excellence in people management.
- Creates recruitment strategy and ensure that job vacancies are quickly filled, and best candidates are selected to best match the needs of the position and the business with the efficiently process and cost-effectively and in accordance with the organization policies and standards.
- Acting as a CSA internal audit controller of the company. Ensures that company policies, systems and procedures are in line with the J-Sox requirement and local legislation.
- Conducts, controls and promotes the awareness to all staff and ensure that the company working processes and procedures are comply with the ISO quality standard requirement.

- Support the Asia Pacific Regional Human Resource Strategy and Other duties assigned
-Thai nationality, Male/ Female between 40-45 yrs.
- At least 10 years’ working experience, 8 years at managerial level indirect or related fields
- Strong project management skills with at least 3 years’ verifiable experience in project management roles a plus.
- Highly organized and must be able to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Good command of English (Business Level)
