HR Organization Design Associate
บริษัท ไทยเบฟเวอเรจ จำกัด (มหาชน)- Projects/Process Improvement: Recommend process/system improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. HCBP, payroll, HCIS). Use project management skills in managing projects. May provide overall project management for a given HC initiative.
- Consult and Support: Provide advice and support to Human Capital Business Partner, HC Shared Service, HCIS in managing headcount and employee information according to organization design governance and policy, including researching and resolving position management problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- System and Data Accuracy: Assist in the review, testing and implementation of human capital system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Ensure organization chart, organization unit are corrected based on the structure.
- Reports/Queries: Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Training and Communication: Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train Human Capital Business Partner, HC Shared Service, HCIS on new processes/functionality.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of HRIS, HR generalist, HRBP or specialist experience.
- Experience in SAP or other system implementation is preferable.
- One to two years of project management experience.
- Strong in analytical and critical thinking, problem solving, and consultation.
