HRM MANAGER
บริษัท ไทยเรยอน จำกัด (มหาชน)- Responsible for full spectrums of HRM roles as well as lead and manage the HR strategies, employee relations, labor law, recruitment, compensation & benefits and programs for the company within the overall company’s framework.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues/Employee Relations.
- Overall control of Human Resource & general administrative functions including policies & regulations, compensation, payroll matters, Provident fund
- Provide guideline and advices related with any issues of Employee relations, rules and regulations, legislative requirements on the issue of employment conditions and other concerns.
- Conduct investigations which derive from employee complaints/issues, handle disciplinary action and process all required documents, do exit interview and provide recommendations/improvement to People Leaders.
- Maintain good relationships with external communities and other related stakeholders.
- Control, monitor and update all HR practices & processes to comply with Labor Laws and other related Laws (i.e. PDPA, Persons with Disabilities Empowerment Act, B.E. 2550).
- Master or Bachelor’s degree of Law or relevant fields
- At least 10 years of experiences in HRM roles in manufacturing businesses
- Direct experience in Labor Relations for manufacturing field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized and able to prioritize effectively
- Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills.
- Proactive & Able to work well under pressure in Multicultural organization
- Good management and problem solving skills, strong leadership, strategic thinker and good interpersonal attitude.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs and English communication (speaking, writing and listening).
