• Provide Systems Administration, including maintaining user/group accounts, user configuration, trouble-shooting access problems and completion of on-site documentation.
• Monitor and supports all installed system and infrastructure including PC computer, server, network, security and telephone system.
• Monitor and supports Windows server , Client, Network ,Network Security ,Antivirus System, Backup System, Storage System.
• Assist in Server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, Operating System upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Assist in management of third party vendors.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Maintain the effective operation of the local area network, e.g., system security, anti-virus protection, user access, file maintenance, and system backups. Provide local support for area network issues.
Work Hour:8:00 – 17:00 and one Saturday per month (from company’s calendar)
