Problem Solving & Quality Customer Support Specialist (QA Supervisor)

1. Problem Solving Facilitator
1.1 Update, communicate and implement problem solving requirement as FoQus and monitor to ensure that all activities are completed as plan.
1.2 Facilitator of RCA team to coordinate related department.
1.3 Follow-up status of corrective action to ensure that all corrective actions have been close within timeline and have the effectiveness
2. Customer support
2.1 Access customer requirement and ensure they are met.
2.2 Leads customer complaints investigation processes, identifies the root causes and ensures the appropriated corrective & preventive actions are taken effectively and timely manner.
2.3 Analyses trend of complaints based on root cause categories and leads team to minimize complaints.
2.4 Completes survey, questionnaire, specification and technical questions from customers in timely manner.
3. Quality System audit and training
3.1 Support all food safety and quality audit.
3.2 Initiate the quality program/activities in order to build the quality awareness for FCT employees.
3.3 Communicate and update Quality System whenever have new/change.
3.4 Develop quality training plan for new comers, FCT staffs and provide training as plan.
1. Bachelor degree or higher in Food science, Food Technology or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years with Food safety and Quality system experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
3. Have knowledge Food safety and Quality requirement as GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000.
4. Have Leadership skill, Problem solving, Good communication and Drive to result.
5. Problem solving tool and Good organization and communication.
