Mission/Purpose of Position:
Responsible for injector assembly process and relate machines every model that produce in AMC, Resiponsible area in AMC plant from planning to end of life. Planning for the introduction of new products. Capacity planning shortterm and longterm. Layout planning, routing and traceability. Modify, upgrade and improve the installed equipments to fit to changing requirements and continuously improve the production processes towards quality avalability ,efficiency and safety is first piority. Support lean manufacturing and operational excellence.
Task Area
Process Implementation
Develop and procure manufacturing equipment for new products and new processes jointly with the leadplants and central functions. Lead the decision on equipment design and make strong contributions to sourcing decisions based on quality, cost, ergonomics, and lean manufacturing approach. Define specifications and release criteria.
Workplace organisation. Organize preacceptance and acceptance of new equipment. Act as project and launch manager for the installations. Drive localization of components and equipment in Asia.
Lead technical training to establish new equipments and processes
Process Ownership
• Maintain solid daily knowledge about health of process using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE and FPY.
• Cooperate with maintenance team to ensure PM schedule is correct and complete.
• Perform regular reviews of machinery in cooperation with maintenance team to allow predictive maintenance opportunities.
• In case of NOK process performance (output, FPY, OEE), proactively develop and execute action plans with strong focus on product line bottleneck processes.
• Lead 8D or other problem solving activities on assigned processes.
• Create and maintain work instructions at a detailed level, with cooperative approach to approval process involving area supervisors, quality team members, and area managers.
Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process improvement (cost, quality, cycle time, volume, efficiency, etc); create implementation plans; build consensus and approval; execute.
• Increase process OEE / TEEP to drive reduced WIP, best in class scrap, and to achieve target output and quality.
Layout and capacity planning
Production Capacity planning, process layout, Shop floor space calculation, Machine Capacity planning based on Production planning, Material handling in process, process cycle time, and Machine planning
Routing and traceability
Production traceability, process routing in SAP, Communication to PDB/MES, Develop the interlocking in Production process (POKAYOKE), Create the link of information to customer, Training to operator, OEE database monitoring, and process on-line monitoring Production IT, Define the Production networking system in Machine, plan the Infrastructure of Machine networking with FM, Machine IT Hardware specification control, Machine IT Spare part management and supporting the Server downtime record

Lean Management TPM activities
• Drive all Lean and Operational Excellence activities, coordinate beanchmarking and improvement activities with other locations ensure and improve the availability and performance of all production equipment by constantly evaluating OEE, drinving preventive and predictive maintenance improvements.
• Education / Certification: Bachelor's Degree with major course of study in industrial, mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, or other engineering discipline.
• Professional Experience (Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, General Management Experience): 3 years work experience in component assembly process. Understood very well in mechanical drawing, measuring equipment that resolution is 0.1 micron, Have knowledge in pneumatic and hydraulic, electrical system and will consider more when have experince in Siemens PLC. Fair in english
• Project and/or Process Experience: Component assembly process.
• Leadership Experience: 3 years work experionce in technician's leader.
• Intercultural / International Experience: Intercultural experience, worked in an international company in Thailand prefered.
