the business
- Create and implement best practice purchasing vision, strategy, policies,
processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
- Identify prospective new suppliers whilst continuously maintaining the relationship and evaluating the performance of existing suppliers in terms of cost, quality, delivery, features, and technology.

Liaising with internal teams and maintaining all Supply Chain activities to comply with required delivery timelines.
- Request quotations, negotiate optimal price conditions and taking responsibility for local supply agreements.
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders.
- Monitor supplier’s delivery schedule performance and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Evaluate and examine the quality of delivered, resolving all performance issues or shortcomings.
Develop and implement a sourcing strategy.
- Prepare reports and maintaining accurate procurement records.
- Complying with Company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Analyzing industry and technology developments together with market trends.

- Age 30 - 50 years old.
- At least 5 years of experience in purchasing or in a similar role ( Trading , Industrial products business would be advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain management, or a similar field would be preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of sourcing and purchasing strategies.
- Good English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills and techniques.
- Strong analytical thinking, positive mindset and problem-solving mentality.
- Ability to work independently and complete department tasks as assigned.
- Experience of working across multiple functions and countries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business application software, including purchasing and resource planning systems.
- Honesty and integrity.
