Procurement Manager - Store Equipment (Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering)

- Responsible for the performances of non-merchandise purchase category
- Manage the best customer satisfaction service level and achieve company cost control/ saving target
Role & Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support team to achieve target
- Work in respect of the company purchasing rule: standardization, optimization and administration of the non-merchandise order
- Maintain the yearly national contact master-file negotiation of the category
- Responsible for elaboration of the negotiation schedule and its communication to contact owners
- Define the yearly saving target with his department VP
- Follow the complete standard process of negotiation (forecast/ goal/ strategy/ collect of specifications/ sourcing/ negotiation/ vendors selection)
- Update of the suppliers and items master-file after negotiation
- Control the synchronization of ordering tool referential ‘Oracle’ with the item master-file
- Respect and communicate to users the procurement procedure
- Follow with users the vendor’s service level quality
- Being award of the division’s KPI and target, integrate those KPI into his own administrative and referential KPI
- Thai nationality only, Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years direct experience in Management level with Buyer experiences of store equipment tools from Retail, Services business are preferred
- Coordinate operational task with key users with maturity way, friendly style to achieve both goal
- Explore new opportunities to develop to get the best solution for procurement
- Ability to fulfill user requirement and suppliers in respect company procurement procedure
- Able to communicate with people of different levels, departments and customers with positive thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy (MS Excel is a must)
- Based at Head Office (Big C Rajadamri branch – opposite of Central World)
