Project Sales Section Manager

Develops project strategies and objectives for four sales segments.
Manage people issues and sales performance.
Provide technical and credibility support during pre-sale phase as well as solve account problems.
Particular challenges at this time:
Set up sales process from opportunity identification to process tracking. Our company is still evolving from a much smaller sales base. And we want to retain family environment for those who wishes to. There will be people issue together with new process implementation.
You are not expected to have product knowledge nor loyal customer who will follow you to our company. Our brand is not big and only portions of our key segments are overlapping with other players. We are also strongly opposed to bribes and corruption. This sort of connection is not wanted.
What we are looking for is a person who is always passionate about work. On the other hand, we have many good sales people to take care of customers. Good manager who support the Managing Director and work with other managers is required. Leadership to sales team that leads to meaningful and long lasting improvement is needed.
Require skills are ability to map business relationships in construction projects. Ability to learn new sales practices and tactfully guide team is necessary. At the end, decisions have to be made. And target oriented personality with people skill is preferred.
We are not looking for long experience. However, the Project Sales manager must be able to earn respect and acceptance from all colleagues.
