- Assess current recruitment strategies and the organization’s staffing needs and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures as/when needed
- Sources and develop a pipeline candidates against job requirements. Utilize networking and sourcing resources including: social media platforms and tools in driving candidate/employment brand awareness
- Join in workforce planning, coordinate the recruitment plan across SEA
- Coordinate with related parties for global recruitment order
- Build and implement an effective campus/ university recruiting relations strategy (International Exchange Program, Internship Program) as required
- Manage and develop recruitment tools and systems
- Develop recruitment strategies, employer branding and hiring plans
- Bachelor’s Degree of higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science or other related fields
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Recruitment and Employer Branding
- Good command in English communication skills.(Business level)
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and databases
- Working experience in a multicultural environment is preferred
