HR Recruitment Officer

- Design and develop effective recruiting strategies that include passive and active candidate sourcing and efficiencies channels
- Ensures the company staff selection process align with recruitment policy and procedure
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Conduct training needs survey, develop and manage training plans, training roadmap on employee development plan
- Develop tools required to improve the technical skills and soft skill in all staff level for enhancing employee productivities and organization effectiveness
- Support overall HR functions i.e. training, employee relation, benefits and other related HR assignments etc.
- Age 26-35 Years old
- Bachelor's Degree in human resource management or other related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience recruiting in relevant HR function
- Good command of English and communication skills
- Good computer literacy
- Good interpersonal skills and service-minded
- High responsibility and able to work under pressure with good working attitude
- Experience developing recruiting strategy
- Excellent team-player and can work independently also handle confidential matters efficiently
