Job Summary & Purpose
- Implement store policies to plan and manage gross sales, including managing sales promotion, tracking sales, and researching for opponent market, to achieve plans and goals effectively
- Lead the operations in store, including operating cost, manpower plan, area management, shelf organizing, product preparation, and performance development to ensure gross sales
- manage and examine stock and storage effectively to prepare sufficient stock following plans and standards
- manage complaints from customers and propose to relevant functions to solve problems as well as improve staff operations in providing service following standards
- Monitor communication with buying and merchandising to ensure effective coordination
- Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
