Sale Engineer

- Function as a subject matter expert on enterprise drone and GIS, surveying, or photogrammetry software such as DJI Terra, Pix4D, especially the technical geospatial requirements for processing usable data.
- Drive sales with product demonstration and training.
- Proactively provide customer feedback about our products to teams across the organization.
- Clearly articulate technical answers in writing, on the phone, or in person.
- Build and maintain technical documentation as it relates to supported products.
- Follow industry technology trends through self-study and formal training, and share knowledge with team.
- Customer centric, you make decisions with the best interest of the customer in mind.
- Extensive experience in GIS, surveying, or photogrammetry.
- Ability to speak confidently with customers.
- Goal driven with proven experience in hitting KPI’s and/or SLA’s.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize your own workload effectively.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Team player, ability to work between support team and sales.
