Sales Executive (Chinese Speaking)
บริษัท อารียา พรอพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด (มหาชน)- Marketing and selling condominiums/ houses to overseas investors and clients.
- Attending to inquiries (sales, re-sales) in a professional manner, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Preparing documents such as representative contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and lease.
- Coordinating with overseas Sales Agent.
- Coordinating property closings, and overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing or Business Administration or any related field
- Good personality with service mind.
- Good command of Thai, English, Chinese (Mandarin)
- Can work independently under pressure
