Sales Manager ( Showroom Furniture Department / Thonglor , Siam Paragon )

team objectives, manage the sales performance, and develop & motivate the Showroom Sales Team.
- Support the development & continuous improvement of sales policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent application and ease of sales operations.
- Ensure sales targets & objectives are achieved, and operate/promote a culture of high-end customer services in all aspect of the showroom’s operations.
- Ability to drive two-way communication, knows customer value drivers, and is a skilled negotiator who understands the decision-making process.
- Support the preparation of reports on sales activity and effectiveness of product display.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all the products, brands and merchandise, and ensure Showroom Sales Team maintains the same level of product & brand knowledge.
- Coordinate with the Service Department, Product Coordinators/Brand Manager, Operations & Purchasing Teams, Marketing Team and Visual & Brand Merchandiser to ensure the highest standard of operational performance and presentation of the showroom.
- Create and maintain a loyal customer base through a continuous proactive approach, building rapport with customers and generating new and repeat business.
- Build and maintain a robust and regular trade customer base by the frequent use and upkeep of customer information within the CRM System.
- Take total ownership of all enquiries/orders and support the preparation of quotations, paperwork and reporting, and assume ownership of dealing with customer issues to resolution.
- Ultimate responsibility for the showroom sales targets & performance.?
- Support the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reporting to the Business Development & Showroom Sales Manager on sales achievements and other relevant issues.

- Ability to take direction & work under pressure and can work independently as well as part of a team in the effective & successfully complete multiple tasks.
- Thinks ‘outside of the box’, actively contributing ideas to help drive growth, and is always open to learning new things.
- 5 years (min.) relevant professional experience in retail showroom
- supervision or similar roles, such as marketing and/or administration.
- Tertiary Qualifications within a recognised management, administration or marketing programmes.
- Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
- Highly computer literate.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to meet the appropriate social expectations of a professional office environment, as well as the company’s reputation and premium brands.
- May be required to assist changing visual displays, and in some instances be required to help push, lift and carry merchandise & fixtures.
- May be required to attend networking and business entertainment functions.
- May be required to work late night or early morning hours, as well as weekends and holidays.
