Specialist - NPA Sales and Marketing
บริษัท ธนาคารทหารไทยธนชาต จำกัด (มหาชน)- Develop operational plan for NPA Sale in coherence with NPA Reduction Plan to achieve the Bank's NPA sale target within the given additional provision.
- Develop operational plan for NPA Sale in coherence with NPA Reduction Plan to achieve Bank's NPA sale target.
- Monitor and improve NPA sale process to enhance customers’ satisfaction, productivity, and comply with business strategies and BoT regulation.
- Communicate direction, business strategy, and the implementation plan to the sale team in order to ensure the target achievement.
- Develop and propose NPA marketing plan and sale strategy together with the appointed real estate brokers. Supervise co-ordination with external parties to organize sale and promotion activities.
- Monitor, drive and control sale team as well as the appointed real estate brokers to achieve NPA sale target while be able to satisfy customers’ expectation and comply with Bank's policy and BoT regulation.
- Approve sale of NPA book value ≤ 10 MB and recommend sale for higher value NPA.
- Develop NPA Marketing Plan and Sale/pricing Strategy together with the appointed real estate brokers.
- Monitor performance of real estate brokers and review the brokers’ marketing plan and sale strategy.
- Negotiate with buyers/debtors/real estate brokers to conclude NPA sales and/or disputes.
- Master Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant fields
- Over 7 years in Real Estate Sale (direct/ in-direct), Manage NPA Portfolio
- Exhibits a high level of self-motivation, integrity and drive to learn
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good inter-personal skills and a strong team player
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word applications.
- Good English Communication
