Supply Chain Analytics (Assistant Manager)
บริษัท เบรนน์แท็ก อินกรีเดียนส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน)- Gather, interpret, and analyze relevant data (costs, productivity, demand patterns, schedule adherence, delivery performance, etc.) to gauge an efficiency of supply chain planning & operations.
- Drive the development of advanced analytics, data integrity, validation, and reporting to the department heads and upper management.
- Evaluate areas of supply chain planning & operations that require improvement and communicate with colleagues to provide feedback on their efficiencies and suggest improvement opportunities.
- Investigate problems, find root causes, develop solutions, and work closely with Regional colleagues to implement supply chain optimization projects.
- Develop performance reports and distribute them to stakeholders within and across the company’s supply chain.
- Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and supply chain proposals.
- Research and seek out the most cost-efficient shipment procedures and methods while monitoring contract compliance and performance of the logistics service providers.
- Monitor critical KPIs related to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), participate in S&OP meeting as requested, and provide analysis support for capacity or strategic decision.
- Undertake other duties as may be assigned by superiors.
- Identify key levers that have the greatest impact on operational efficiencies for the company.
- Lead idea and technical development of innovative inventory planning, procurement, operations, and logistics processes to optimize working capital and improve operational excellence.
Education:
- A degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Supply Chain Management certification is not necessary though strongly preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with high-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes.
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions from them.
- Experience in analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes using spreadsheet and other database management tools.
- Hand-on experience in developing or executing a process improvement project to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain planning & operations.
