Responsibilities:
Set-up tele-sale strategies, tele-sale processes, tele-script to achieve or exceed the sales target.
Make calls to reach prospect and KPI's
Work closely with marketing department to ensure on the qualities and quantities leads and client base to achieve or exceed the sales target.
Maintaining customer relationships and handling enquires and escalated customer complaints.
Oversee the update, accurate and timely on the customer information in related in the CRM system.
Producing and analyzing performance reports and come up with the solutions to achieve the target.
Controlling day-to-day operations.
