• Communicate to customers (local and oversea) for understanding and resolving WiFi connecting system which it connected to Toshiba Air conditioner.
• Cooperate to Design Engineering and Marketing teams for providing the appropriate solutions to customers in timely manner.
• Perform an initial checking on problematic part and/or details which relating to WiFi connecting system which it connected to Toshiba Air conditioner.
• Consolidate the customer feedback for WiFi issues by monthly basis then reporting the situation to concerning teams.
