• Quality control of work by appropriate reviews.
• Support and lead process improvement activities.
• Experience to lead the team of Quality Engineer in quality areas and shop floor area
• Being responsible for the Inspection process, daily process audit and corrective actions for the audit findings.
• Working closely with the production team to achieve and improve the quality KPIs.
• Working with SQM, Quality team and Distribution centre team on the incoming material quality for the Distribution centre process.
• Providing analysis and reporting on the Quality KPIs and performance for the Distribution centre process to the local and corporate teams.
• Definition of Quality SOP and Working Instructions.
• Work in Lamphun.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial manufacturing or relevant fields.
• Knowledgeable in ISO9001, IATF16949.
• Proficient in English; Chinese / Japanese speaking ability is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong language expression and effective teamwork, coupled with a high sense of responsibility.
• At least 1 years work experience in quality control or quality assurance or manufacturing engineer
• Problem solving skill (8D report, Why-Why, etc.)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software package (Excel and data analysis).
• Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving Attitude, Target Oriented Mindset and Capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong coordination, and interpersonal communication skills, can work under pressure and work on individual objectives.
• Solid problem-solving background, with Non-conform process control experiences in the industry.
• Work in Lamphun.
