Hibiki Co., Ltd. is a new premium Omakase restaurant in heart of Bangkok opening in March 2020, Omakase means “a meal consisting of dishes selected by the chef.” Hibiki created from the idea of purity and authenticity of traditional Japanese Omakase with a contemporary reinterpretation of tradition recipes. Hibiki features a 12-seat bar focused on serving individually crafted dishes with a rotating selection of cocktail paring. We only use the freshest and best ingredients, aim to take a contemporary approach to traditional Japanese cuisine.
