We are M&A-focus consulting firm that aims to guide businesses and corporations in merging and acquiring companies for business expansion and new industry opportunities. Hideki Tanifuji was an executive officer in M&A Capital Partners (TYO: 6080). He has an over 14 years immersive experience in M&A. He is currently sitting as CEO of Philippines' HQ which expected to IPO in Philippines Stock Exchange by 2022.

Yusuke Okuno worked for KPMG as a CPA for over 13 years, providing Audit, Cross-border/ Domestic M&A advisory services, any other accounting and tax services for both KPMG Tokyo and Taiwan.
