งานมีความท้าทายเนื่องจากบริษัทนี้เป็นบริษัทคนไทย100% มีพนักงานทำงานใน Gen X ค่อนข้างมาก ซึ่งเป็นคนรุ่นก่อนที่มีความคิดค่อนข้างล้าสมัยจำนวนมาก ทำให้การเปิดใจรับคนรุ่นใหม่ได้ยากและเกิดการ turnover ของพนักงานที่เข้ามาใหม่ตลอดเวลา หากองค์กรไม่มีการอบรมเรื่องการใช้หลักจิตวิทยาให้ผู้ที่อยู่ในรุ่นก่อนเข้าใจ คนรุ่นใหม่จะไม่เลือกทำงานที่นี่
