งานท้าทาย หัวหน้าและนายให้โอกาสอยู่เสมอ เพื่อนร่วมงานดีมากทุกคนที่ทำงานที่นี่เป็นกันเอง และผู้บริหารเข้าถึงพนักงานทุกคนได้ง่าย ทำให้พนักงาน กล้าบอกปัญหา กล้ามาปรึกษาในเรื่องที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือ อีกทั้งบริษัทยังห่วงใย พนักงานทุกคนในเรื่องงานมีการสอนที่ดี พนักงานใหม่จะมีการอบรมงานในส่วนงานที่ได้รับผิดชอบ ชัดเจน
