World Outdoor Advertising Ltd., Part. by Mr. Boonterm Tivanondha, the company was located at 116 Soi Prapinit, South Sathorn Road, Bangkok. At the beginning, the firm was established to monitor the frequencies of advertisement appearing on local television network. After a few years of success, the firm expanded further into the area of silkscreen printing, and advertising signboard and bill board, making and leasing business. In 1980, the name was changed to W.O.A. Advertising Co., Ltd. Then in 1996 the company was moved to its own land at 40/1 Soi Chaengwatna 45, Moo 6, Learb Klong Prapa Road, Banmai, Pakkred, Nonthaburi.
