Zense Entertainmentis seeking a specialist in HRD who will be responsible for helping to expand the human resources development plan and provide support with manpower planning, talent acquisition, recruiting, and leadership development training. Responsibilities:

• Help develop and administer an effective Human Resource Development Plan to ensure there is a strong staff, including a strong bench to operate the entertainment business.
• Enhance existing recruiting system programs to positively position the company in the entertainment environment.
• Direct the existing Performance Appraisal plan.
• Act as a single point of the contact for the employee and managers in the business unit and deliver of HR Process at the client’s side.
• Oversee succession plan and retain key talents, including development of future leaders.
• Oversee for establishing the strategic direction all areas of Human Resources activities & Staffs parties activities including leads Training and Development.
