Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) in ERP systems

• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to ensure BOM accuracy

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to develop BOM structures

• Manage engineering change orders (ECOs) and update BOMs accordingly

• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations

• Analyze BOM data to identify cost-saving opportunities

• Maintain documentation and version control for all BOMs

• Assist in resolving BOM-related issues during production

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to BOM processes

• Support new product introductions and process changes.

• Technical work as instructed by Lean Manufacturing Manager.

• Performs other related duties assigned by Lean Manufacturing Manager.

Requirements

Profile Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Manufacturing or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in BOM management or related role

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and documentation

• Strong knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials)

• Experience leading process improvement projects.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience in process and production methods.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams.

• Good computer skills (MS. Office, MRP etc.)

• English spoken, read, written, able to report in English.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials

• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements
