🔹Job Description
1. To establish, enforce, and champion sound data governance
principles organization-wide.
2. As a bridge-builder and change agent, your focus will be on transforming raw, unreliable data into trustworthy, scalable assets ready for advanced analytics, ML/AI initiatives, and seamless expansion.
4. The position requires a unique blend of tenacity, strong communication skills, deep data literacy as the authority to drive long term behavioral and systemic change.
🔹Qualification Requirements: 🎓Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on data management and quality. A Master's degree is a plus.

🎯Core Requirements
1. Proven Experience: Proven experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Stewardship, or Data Analysis roles.
2. High Data Literacy & Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of data structures, database concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and the limitations of various analytical models (ML/AI).
3. Required Technical Fluency: Familiarity with tools in the following
categories:
▪ Data Visualization: Qlik Sense / Power BI / Tableau
▪ ETL / Data Validation: Alteryx / Talend / Python / SQL
▪ Data Catalog & Governance: Collibra / Informatica / Azure Purview
▪ Data Cleaning/Templates: MS Excel
4. Exceptional Soft Skills (Non-Negotiable): Must be highly patient and tenacious (understanding that change is slow), possess
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and maintain a humble and approachable demeanor to effectively influence cross-departmental colleagues.
5. English Proficiency: TOEIC Score >500 (or equivalent) is required for effective communication with international partners and documentation. There is compensation for those with TOEIC scores according to condition.
6. Authority to Act: The candidate must be comfortable operating with the implied authority provided by high - level reporting to enforce necessary organizational changes.
