Automotive Color Designer

• Design and develop color palettes and concept for vehicle both exteriors and interiors.
• Research global color trends and forecast future automotive color directions.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure color harmony across models and brand identity.
• Create color samples and presentations for concept reviews.
• Conduct color feasibility studies considering manufacturing processes, cost, and environmental as well as stakeholders impacts.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design, Fine Arts or related fields 
• 6-15 years of experiences in color & material design
• Knowledgeable about color trends, materials, coatings and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as collaborates effectively with others 
• Experience in automotive or consumer products industries will be given special consideration
• Able to create attractive color concepts
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualization tools
• Able to communicate in English (TOEIC 550+ is preferable.)
• Japanese communicative ability will be advantage.
