Responsibilities

Plan and manage maintenance operations in line with organizational goal
Oversee Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM) for machinery, electrical systems, and utilities
Improve machine efficiency, reduce downtime, and extend equipment lifespan
Manage spare parts, materials, and maintenance tools to ensure availability
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and related departments
Prepare and summarize maintenance reports for management review
Develop and improve maintenance systems, processes, and new technologies
Control maintenance budget and optimize maintenance costs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety culture

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields)
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in maintenance, with leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance, machinery, electrical systems, and utilities
Experience in maintenance planning, cost control, and budget management
Ability to analyze machine performance, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen)
Good leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
Familiar with safety standards and maintenance best practices
Proficient in maintenance systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office
Good command of English communication is an advantage
