- Lead and manage product development projects in spray dry and dry mix categories or other related products.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate laboratory experiments, pilot trials, and sensory testing.
- Provide strategic direction and technical expertise in scaling up from lab to commercial production.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (QA/QC, Production, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Regulatory affairs, Engineering) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Approve and validate product formulations, technical documents, and specifications.
- Lead supplier evaluation, raw material qualification, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (FSSC, HACCP, GHP, ISO).
- Monitor industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities to identify innovation opportunities.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to management.
- Mentor, coach, and develop R&D team members to strengthen technical and leadership capabilities.
