Monitor driver behavior, compliance, attendance, and service quality
Handle disputes, disciplinary actions, and driver retention initiatives
Financial & Commercial Management
Prepare and manage budgets, revenue forecasts, and cost controls
Monitor rental income, outstanding payments, and bad debt risks
Analyze business performance and propose strategies to improve profitability
Coordinate with accounting and finance teams on reporting and controls
Sales, Marketing & Partnerships
Develop rental packages and pricing strategies aligned with market conditions
Build partnerships with ride-hailing platforms, corporate clients, and relevant stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with transport regulations, licensing requirements, and local laws
Manage insurance, accident claims, and legal matters related to operations
Implement risk management and safety standards
Customer & Stakeholder Relations
Handle key customer issues and escalated complaints
Maintain strong relationships with drivers, partners, regulators, and vendors
Represent the company in meetings with authorities and external parties
