Internal Audit Manager

• Perform audit according to the internal audit process including, but not limited to, audit planning, testing, preparing workpaper and communicating audit findings
• Drafting audit report for review
• Follow-up on the implementaion of the action items related to audit findings and keep track of the implemented controls to ensure no occureence of future incidents
• Support Head Internal Audit, Group Internal Audit, and Management on the ad-hoc assignments as requested
• Ensure compliance with Thai Orix Leasing policies and procedures as well as pervention of misconducts.

• Analyses and tests processes to identify risk exposures and control weeknesses as well as develop workable cost-effective recommendation for improvement
• Communicates findings and recommendations both orally and in writing to management
• Draft Audit Report and submit to Head of Internal Audit for review
• Prepare and maintain audit workpapers
• Monitor and tracking the timely implementation of the action plans recommended in the audit reports and ensure the reduction of the future incidents.
• Support Head of Internal Audit Division in developing annual audit plans detailing the scope, nature and timing of audit activities.
• Support Head of Internal Audit in designing internal audit procedures and work programs.
• Conduct ad-hoc investigations and reviews as requested by Management 
• Support the Audit Department of the Headquarters by request including SOX review
• Perform other works as assigned by Management and supervisor

Qualification: 

• Bechelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 5 years work experience in audit field including leading an audit executing audit fieldwork, preparing audit workpaper and drafting internal audit report
• Proficient in English
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication skills
• Initiative and logical thinking
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to drive a car and hold driving license (a must)
