- Establish and maintain production procedure to maintain high standard of manufacturing operations.
- Study and evaluate the production process, method and equipment to perform in the most efficiency.
- Plan future manufacturing programs to obtain maximum value from production resource.
- Monitor and communicate to the manufacturing team all related for production schedule to meet on time delivery.
- Evaluate and adjust production capacity to fullfill the requirement.
- Coordinate, set up and implement standard operation procedure for all production operator.
- Responsible for assign raw material inquiry and inventory level.
- Develop and implement manufacturing method and techniques such as Lean, Kamban, 5S Visual management.
- Work with Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Quality, Material control and Production control.
- Ensure the alignment of manufacturing organization and workforce appropriate with company.
- Ensure that equipment, machine and tools keep best quality by repair and maintenance procedure.
- Perform and follow quality IATF16949.
- Perform and follow ISO14001/ISO5001/ISO45001/ISO14064-1
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering such as Mechanical, Industrial engineering or related.
• More than 5 years of experience in manager level.
• Good knowledge of MS and computer engineering applications.
• Good knowledge of MS and computer engineering applications.
• Good knowledge of machining process.
• Good knowledge of measuring concept.
• Good command of English communications.
• Strong leadership, good personality, self-motivated and active.
