Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review construction drawings and perform quantity take-off (BOQ).

• Supervise and monitor building system works, including:

o Electrical installations

o Chiller air conditioning systems

o Compressed air systems

• Conduct cost estimation, price verification, and prepare documentation for approval.

• Inspect and certify completed works in compliance with specifications and standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal departments during construction and renovation projects.

• Support continuous improvement and upgrading of factory facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical or related field).

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in factory building construction or renovation.

• Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, HVAC (chiller), and compressed air systems.

• Proven experience in building inspection and knowledge of relevant building laws and regulations.

• Familiar with Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) requirements and related regulations.

• Knowledge and awareness of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) measures and environmental management in construction projects.

• Demonstrated ability in cost control, BOQ preparation, and project acceptance inspections.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work full-time at the factory site.
