1. วางแผนและมอบหมายงานซ่อมทั้งงานซ่อมภายในและงานซ่อมรถเสียระหว่างการขนส่งแก่หัวหน้าช่างตามความเหมาะสมของแต่ละระบบงาน ติดตามความคืบหน้าของงานซ่อมและตรวจสอบงานค้างพร้อมทั้งหมอบหมายให้กับหัวหน้าช่างตามความเหมาะสมของงานและเวลา
2. ควบคุม ดูแล ติดตามและตรวจสอบงานซ่อมอย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อให้งานซ่อมมีคุณภาพและได้มาตรฐานตามต้องการ พร้อมทั้งจัดทำสรุปงานซ่อมในแต่ละวันส่งให้ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ
3. ประสานงานกับแผนกสโตร์ เพื่อการวางแผนงานซ่อมและการจัดหาอะไหล่ ประสานงานกับวิศวกรเครื่องกลเพื่อแนวทางแก้ไขและป้องกัน การซ่อมนอกสถานที่ งานซ่อมซ้ำ ฯลฯ
4. ควบคุมดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบและนโยบายของบริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัด และควบคุม ดูแลพื้นที่ เครื่องมือช่างและระบบอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆให้มีความปลอดภัยและอยู่ในสภาพที่พร้อมใช้งาน
5. มีส่วนร่วมในการสรรหา คัดเลือก วางแผนและกำหนดอัตรากำลังภายในศูยน์ซ่อมบำรุงร่วมกับผู้จัดการซ่อมบำรุง ให้ข้อมูลและเสนอความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาในแผนกซ่อมเพื่อใช้ประกอบการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำปี
1.มีความรู้ความสามารถด้าน Mechanical Engineer / Automotive / Auto Mechanic และอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.มีประสบการณ์ในงานซ่อมบำรุง ศูนย์ซ่อมรถยนต์ หรือการขนส่งอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
