Responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, product information, and service requests.
  2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email in a courteous and professional manner.
  3. Identify customers’ needs to provide appropriate solutions and assistance, ensuring first-call resolution whenever possible.
  4. Accurately document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system.
  5. Follow established procedures and protocols for handling different types of customer inquiries.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as technical support, business center, and relationship manager, to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
  7. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution rate and adherence to schedule.
  8. Continuously to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques through training and development programs.
  9. Stay updated on product features, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  10. Other assignments.


Requirements
  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is desirable but not required.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in the local language (additional language skills may be preferred).
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
  4. Effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly and creatively to resolve customer issues.
  5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using system software for call center.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, multitasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  7. Flexibility to work in shift and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  8. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
  9. Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals."
