HR Officer (Subcontractor สัญญาจ้างรายปี)
Intertek Testing Services (Thailand) Ltd.- Training & Development: Coordinate internal and external training, identify suitable training courses, and register training programs with the Department of Skill Development (DSD).
- HR Activities & Internal Communication: Plan and organize employee engagement activities, prepare and distribute internal communications such as announcements and newsletters, and coordinate HR information across departments.
- HR Administrative Assistant: Support day-to-day HR administration such as handling documentation and reimbursement processes for various HR and training activities, tracking associated budgets, and collaborating with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Other Tasks: Support HR projects or special activities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human Resources, marketing or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in learning & development field, internal communication, and event management
- Moderate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Skills in design programs such as Canva and Articulate are an advantage, as well as experience with social media platforms (e.g., LINE Official)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
- Willingness to learn new things and live in dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience organizing employee engagement activities or training programs
- Experience coordinating training and registering programs with the Department of Skill Development
- Creative and able to solve problems independently
