Mayekawa (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established in 1988 as a sales and service platform for the products of Mayekawa Mfg. Co., Ltd. Currently, we sell industrial refrigeration compressors, provide after-sales service, carry out plant design and installation of refrigeration facilities, and manufacture and sell freezers for frozen foods. In recent years, in the field of poultry industry in Thailand, we are responding to the needs of factory automation with automatic deboning robots.

Responsibilities

- Develop and design machinery parts and assemblies utilizing Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks for both 2D and 3D modeling.

- Creating detailed 2D drawings for manufacturing, including dimensions, tolerances and materials.

- Modifying and improving existing designs to solve problems identified during production or field usage

- Collaborate with service teams to ensure design is practical and meet operational requirements.

- Preparing Bills of Materials, technical documentation and reports to support manufacturing.

- Preparing design presentation and documentation for internal review and customer approval.

- Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors regarding technical details of designed parts.

- Support prototype assembly and testing, analyzing results and design improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree : Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

- Gender Male / Age 23 - 27 years old.

- At least 2 years of experience.

- Highly proficient in engineering software, including 2D/3D modeling with Autodesk Inventor and/or SolidWorks, as well as MS Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and project follow-up activities.

- Excellent proficiency in communication and presentation, including the ability to generate professional reports and data -visualizations (charts/presentations).

- Must be able to work on-site, involving domestic and overseas travel.
