1.วางแผน ควบคุม และดำเนินงานซ่อมบำรุงระบบวิศวกรรม (Preventive และ Corrective Maintenance) ในอาคารที่รับบริหาร เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า เครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์ประกอบอาคาร ให้พร้อมใช้งานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัย
2.ตรวจสอบและประสานงานการซ่อมบำรุงระหว่างทีมช่าง ผู้รับเหมา และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อลดระยะเวลาการซ่อมและประหยัดงบประมาณ
3.วางแผนป้องกันปัญหาการหยุดชะงักของระบบ พร้อมทดสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ และตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4.ให้บริการและให้คำแนะนำทางวิศวกรรมแก่ลูกค้า ด้วยความสุภาพและการบริการด้วยใจ
1.วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ อุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.มีประสบการณ์งานซ่อมบำรุงระบบสาธารณูปโภค อาคารสำนักงาน อาคารที่พักอาศัย หรืออุตสาหกรรมอาหาร
3.มีความรู้ในการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องปรับอากาศ อุปกรณ์เครื่องครัว และเครื่องจักรต่างๆ
4.สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดทางวิศวกรรม และโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
5.มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม (กว.) หรือ กว.พิเศษ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
6.มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความอดทน สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
