Job Vacancy: Accounting Officer (Petty Cash & AR Support)Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Officer to manage Petty Cash operations, support our Overseas AR team, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping for direct shop sales and payroll.
📍 Key Responsibilities:
- Petty Cash & VAT : Manage daily petty cash disbursements, verify Tax Invoices (Input VAT), and prepare completed Input VAT reports for the AP team.
- AR Overseas Support : Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to support international transactions and documentation.
- Data Recording : Record daily sales from Direct Shops and process Salary journal entries in the system.
- Document Management : Organize and file Journal Vouchers (JV) and ensure all Receipts are accurately matched with AP Payment sets.
- Compliance : Verify that all financial documents and tax invoices meet legal and company requirements.
