- ควบคุม ดูแล Outsource Agencies (OA) งานฟ้องและงานบังคับคดี (สินเชื่อรถยนต์) ให้ดำเนินการได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้
- ประสานกับลูกค้าเพื่อให้รายละเอียดข้อมูลคดีและบังคับคดี และแนะนำแนวทางที่ต้องปฏิบัติ
- ควบคุมค่าจ้างและค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินคดีทั้งหมด รวมถึงบริหารงบประมาณ
- จัดทำรายงานข้อมูลคดีและบังคับคดี และกลยุทธ์ เพื่อให้ดำเนินงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- ติดต่อ ประสานงานกับส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขานิติศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในโปรแกรมพื้นฐาน (MS Office) ได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
