What We’re Looking For
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline).
Experience
• 10+ years sales experience in General Industry
• Mandatory exposure to at least one of the following industries:
o Sugar
o Pulp & Paper
o Food & Beverage
• Proven experience selling directly to end users (plant / HOD / management level)
• Strong background in existing plant environments, including:
o MRO and replacement business
o Brownfield projects
o Maintenance and shutdown (TA) activities
• Valve experience preferred (butterfly, ball, control valves)
Skills and Capabilities
• Relationship-driven, consultative selling style
• Strong understanding of plant operations and maintenance practices
• Able to convert installed base into recurring revenue
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Comfortable working independently and owning accounts end to end
• Good English communication skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)
• Strong existing network with plant owners and decision-makers in Sugar, Pulp & Paper, or F&B
• Familiarity with valves, control valves, or industrial equipment used in utility and process systems
• Experience driving standardization, cost-down, or reliability improvement programs at plant level
